Merger by incorporation of ST.E.N. Stone Trading Enterprises S.p.A. with sole shareholder into Campolonghi Italia S.p.A.
We hereby inform you that on 23 December 2021, by deed of merger attested by Notary CARLO FRATI, Notary in Viareggio and registered with the Notary's Board of the District of Lucca, registered in the Register of Companies of Massa Carrara on 31 December 2021, it was completed, with effect from the latter date, the merger by incorporation into the undersigned company Campolonghi Italia SpA, based in Montignoso, Via Aurelia Sud n. 97, tax code and registration number in the Massa Carrara Company Register: 00060530458 of S.T.EN. Stone Trading Enterprises S.p.A. with sole shareholder, having its registered office in Massa (MS), Via F. Compagni 53, tax code and registration number in the Massa Carrara Business Register: 00272630450.
In consideration of the effectiveness of the aforementioned transaction, the undersigned Campolonghi Italia S.p.A. starting from 31 December 2021 automatically took over, in accordance with the law and without interruption, all the active and passive legal relationships belonging to S.T.EN. Stone Trading Enterprises S.p.A., which, from this same date, went extinct.
